Your specific tasks will include reviewing strategic population policies and the effectiveness of the marriage and parenthood package, and to conduct timely and reliable policy-driven research/analysis on population issues.

Job Scope
As a Population Executive, you will support the OSU and NPS in the promotional and customer-facing roles. Your specific responsibilities include:
* Liaising with service providers in the implementation of projects and to oversee the administration of contracts
* Providing basic technical support in managing and administering the website and database. You will coordinate all IT-related projects for OSU
* Providing customer service which includes handling enquiries received
* Providing support on media relations, publicity, event management and other marketing and promotion initiatives
Requirements:
* Local Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in IT or web-related field
* Prior experience in handling IT projects would be an advantage
* Able to work independently and be an effective team player
* Possess good interpersonal and organisation skills

You will support NPS in media monitoring, secretariat and corporate functions, and systems and information management.
